Micro Mobility

Product lifespan

Our products have an above-average life span

Contrary to today's throwaway society, Micro products are designed to last. Thanks to interchangeable parts, Micro products can be used by several generations. We offer a unique worldwide repair and spare parts service for every product. Thanks to our global sales and service network, we can guarantee the professional maintenance of our products — and this has a direct, positive impact on their lifespan and helps to protect resources.

We invest in quality and durability — helping to create a more sustainable future, one long-lasting product at a time.

The handlebars of our kids' products are height-adjustable and grow with the user — from the first steps to pre-school age. A Micro Mini2Grow, for example, is used for an average of six years. Compared to a McDonald's toy, which is only used for a few hours at most, or a Barbie doll, which a child plays with for a year at best, this is considerable. Additionally, our products encourage kids to go outside in the fresh air, which promotes physical health and development.

Repair, don't replace

We don't just create durable products — we actively support their long life. Our worldwide repair and spare parts service covers every Micro product, even after the warranty period ends. We provide instructional videos and hands-on assistance so customers can carry out simple repairs themselves. By shipping spare parts instead of entire new products, we significantly reduce our carbon footprint with every repair.

Built to be passed down

For over 25 years, Micro has stood for durable products designed to be passed down across generations. A scooter that a parent rode as a child can — with a quick wheel and handle replacement — become their own child's first ride. That's not just good value. That's a product with a story.

Unbelievable but true

A customer in the Czech Republic inherited his Micro Scooter from his father. Rather than buying a new one, he is simply replacing the wheels and handles so that his own son can ride it. He is delighted with the longevity and quality — and has no plans to buy a new scooter.

During a family vacation in the Netherlands, tourists marveled at a lifting bridge in Maastricht — not noticing that the bridge had closed and trapped their child's Micro Scooter underneath. After about half an hour, the bridge lifted again. The scooter was freed without any damage.
