We invest in quality and safety

Our products are characterized by exceptionally high quality and durability. We only use carefully selected raw materials. New products undergo a strict quality control system with various test procedures at every stage of development and production. This ensures that all requirements of national and international safety standards are met.

Components for our scooters are carefully selected — for example, only non-toxic materials are used for the handles to protect both people and the environment. Most parts are screwed together rather than welded, meaning they can be easily replaced if necessary.

Our products have an above-average life span

Contrary to today's throwaway society, Micro products are designed to last. The handlebars of our kids' products are height-adjustable and grow with the user — from the first steps to pre-school age. A Micro Mini2Grow, for example, is used for an average of six years. Compared to a McDonald's toy, which is only used for a few hours at most, or a Barbie doll, which a child plays with for a year at best, this is considerable. Additionally, Micro products encourage kids to go outside in the fresh air, which promotes physical health and development.

We are fighting the throwaway society

We offer a unique worldwide repair and spare parts service for every product. Thanks to our global sales and service network, we can guarantee the professional maintenance of our products. This has a positive impact on their lifespan and helps to protect resources.

We are reducing our ecological footprint

We are constantly striving to optimize our product range and the entire Micro value chain to make them more sustainable. Recycling and the reduction of plastics in our products and packaging are a high priority. We are also gradually increasing the use of FSC-certified paper for our packaging.

Unbelievable but true — real Micro quality stories

A customer in the Czech Republic inherited his Micro Scooter from his father and is planning to simply replace the wheels and handles so that his own son can ride it. He is delighted with the longevity and quality and has no plans to buy a new one.

During a family vacation in the Netherlands, tourists marveled at a lifting bridge in Maastricht — not noticing that the bridge had closed and trapped their child's Micro Scooter. After about half an hour, the bridge lifted again. The scooter was freed without any damage.
