The successful Swiss brand Micro Mobility Systems, founded by Wim Ouboter, opens the first US flagship store in the new Hudson Yards shopping center in New York. The entire range of practical mobility products for young and elder will be presented in a stylish 100-square-metre showroom.

The Hudson Yards is a superlative construction project and the largest private real estate development in American history. The complex of buildings in west Manhattan includes several offices, 4,000 apartments, hotels, a state school, over 100 shops and numerous restaurants and parks. The associated Hudson Yards shopping center was opened in mid-March, where Micro has rented a space until the end of 2019. The store offers the entire Micro product range, from children's scooters to the latest E-scooters and innovative luggage items with integrated kickboards. The American lifestyle magazine Time Out has already announced the new Micro Store as a visitor insider tip, not least because of the indoor test track, on which the more than 40 different models can be tested. This will certainly make the purchase decision considerably easier. In addition to the new store in New York, Micro has 15 other flagship stores in nine different countries, including Korea, France, Canada and Switzerland.
